I know I have been a little slack over the last month adding posts to the site, however I have not been slack in regards to painting and gaming….thank goodness. The latest additions to my slowing growing collection of figures for the American War for Independence are several units of British Regulars for the period. All the figures are from the fantastic Wargames Foundry AWI collection, which have been a joy to paint. I have based the figures for Sharp Practice, though the could be quite easily used for any skirmish game for the period. So far I have painted three ‘Hat’ companies, one Grenadier company and two units of ‘Light Bobs’. All have been painted as the 16th Regiment of Foot, which foot the majority of the war in the South.
