Unsure of what to paint next, after a few hours of browsing online, I decided that my new project would be a WW2 US Infantry platoon. First off, the painting table was 28 very nice Late War US Infantry from Empress Miniatures, which consists of 4 x Infantry carrying BARs, 2 x Bazooka Teams, and 20 riflemen.
These are great figures, designed by Paul Hicks, so loads of great variations, lovely detail, and enjoyable to paint. The uniform is late war; however, I have painted the figures to represent the US Army in Italy and up to late 1944. Hopefully, I have done them justice. There will be more to follow once my next order arrives from Empress.
