After another two slow weeks of painting, I have managed to finish another 14 figures for my AWI Spanish Sharp Practice Army. With the addition of a Grenadier unit and commands my little army now consists of four Regular Infantry units from the Louisiana Regiment and two militia units. The figures are all Perry Miniatures accept the mounted officer who is an Elite Miniatures Austrian 1796 figure. I could not find any suitable figures to represent a mounted officer but this one came very close to the actual uniform worn by the Spanish during this period.
All that is left to go now are two units of Allied Indians and a unit of Regular skirmishers.
