Last weekend, I managed to duck out of the house and around Mr Leroy Simpson’s house (one of the club’s Master Painters) to see what he had on the paint table.
Well, I was in for a little surprise. Leroy has been busy lately and has finished several little painting projects, including the wonderful NAAFI Caravan and a Morris CS9 Armoured Car for his British Expeditionary Force for 1940.
The NAAFI Caravan will be his Line of Communication marker for when he deploys his troops for our next Chain of Command game.
The last figures on his painting table were three other Wargames Foundry figures, including Winston with a Tommy Gun, the classic Police Box, and two downed German Pilots.
Again, excellent painting, Leroy, and thank you for allowing me to share your painting.
