I have been meaning to paint this great Empress Miniature vignette for sometime now and it has sat on my shelve for over 18mths…however I now have little spare time up my sleeve these days and finally dusted of the figures and began madly painting. Admittedly I completed the vignette and based it in one day and they will now represent either a casualty or disordered marker for my Anglo-Zulu War British.
A lovely piece of work Sir.
Superb! A dramatic moment for a wonderful vignette!
One of my favorite Victorian vignettes. Great painting work!
Thanks again for the great comments guys, yes it is a great vignette from Empress and one of my favourite in their fantastic Anglo-Zulu War range.

Nathan
Brilliant! Great job on a superb vignette!
Very nice!
Amazing little vignette! You're painting enhances the desperate feeling of the sculpts perfectly.
Thanks again everyone for the great comments. I think having a few nice little vignettes really makes the table look good during a game.
All the best

Fantastic work Vinnie!
Thanks Roger

Lovely job. I have got this figures too but when my wife saw it she got quite upset at the subject! Odd, because sensitivity towards others is not her strong point. To do with having a teenage son perhaps.
Thanks again for the comments everyone. This is a great vignette from empress miniatures and portrays the moment well.
