One of two great games I was lucky to play over the Christmas break with Scott Robertson’s fantastic collections of Eastern Renaissance Armies. The first game played (which is pictured) was a battle between a Polish Army and the Muscovites. This was the first time we had played both armies against each other and the Muscovites proved a fairly solid army to play, especially the infantry and light cavalry. However in the end the Poles won over the Muscovites and won the battle. Scott’s figures are a great mix of TAG, Foundry, Essex and Old Glory, with a few Elite Miniatures heavy horses thrown into the mix. The only problem I find when playing with a collection like this is that I now want to collect them. Thanks Scott for a great game.
